It is in the best interest of you, the home buyer, to retain the services of a Realtor® to further your interests in a professional manner. This Realtor® would be your Buyer’s Agent.

No Cost Representation

You do not have to pay for our services. Our compensation comes from a cooperative agreement with the real estate office marketing the property.

Loyalty

Our responsibility as your representatives (Buyer’s Agents) is to act in the best interest of you, the buyer.

Disclosure

As your representatives, we will inform you of:

  • all known problems
  • the relationships between agents and all parties
  • the existence of other offers
  • the Seller’s motivation, when known
  • accurate property value using current comparable properties
  • the status of your earnest money deposit
  • the consequences of important contract provisions
  • all other applicable known facts

Confidentiality

As your representatives, we must maintain confidentiality of any discussions, facts or information about you that should not be revealed other parties involved in the transaction. We are still obligated to be honest and fair in our dealings with all parties.

Reasonable Skill and Care

As your representatives, we will exercise reasonable skill and care in arriving at a fair price for you, the buyer, and in affirmatively discovering material facts and relevant information related to the sale.
