- the relationships between agents and all parties
- the existence of other offers
- the Seller’s motivation, when known
- accurate property value using current comparable properties
- the status of your earnest money deposit
- the consequences of important contract provisions
- all other applicable known facts
Confidentiality
As your representatives, we must maintain confidentiality of any discussions, facts or information about you that should not be revealed other parties involved in the transaction. We are still obligated to be honest and fair in our dealings with all parties.
Reasonable Skill and Care
As your representatives, we will exercise reasonable skill and care in arriving at a fair price for you, the buyer, and in affirmatively discovering material facts and relevant information related to the sale.
